Flux works best with wearable devices to track your biometric data. However, some features like the recovery score can work without a wearable by using manual morning readings.
Flux analyzes data from your wearable device including heart rate variability, sleep quality, and activity levels. For the recovery score, Flux combines wearable data with your daily morning reading to provide the most accurate assessment.
Absolutely. Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share or export your personal information to third parties, period. Your privacy is our top priority.
Flux integrates with Apple Health, so any device that connects to Apple Health works seamlessly with Flux. This includes Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, and many others.

Flux takes a holistic approach by combining recovery, strain, sleep, and nutrition insights in one place. One of our key strengths is using HRV derived from a morning reading, which is scientifically proven to be more accurate for recovery assessment than HRV taken during the night like most wearables do.
